libgetopt-tabular-perl software package provides table-driven argument parsing for Perl 5, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgetopt-tabular-perl
libgetopt-tabular-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgetopt-tabular-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgetopt-tabular-perl *
You will get with libgetopt-tabular-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
